two thousand twelve - new year, new me

happy new year everyone!

well twenty eleven wasn't great - fitness wise anyways. sadly, i didn't meet any of the goals i set for myself. i was actually pretty good for the first half of the year, but i got way too lazy for the second part...

so as they say, with the new year, comes a fresh start. with that in mind, i have chosen a few goals that i would like to work on in the new year. my 2012 resolutions are:

  1. drink more water
  2. wear spf 30+ everyday, rain or shine
  3. floss everyday
  4. workout 5 times a week, 2 of those workouts must include strength training
  5. lose 25+ pounds
  6. be able to run a mile
  7. improve posture
  8. try a new workout
  9. do more yoga
